Can we hire furniture to furnish our home that we currently live in?

No, Our furniture is for display purposes only. The property must be vacant.

Is it really going to make a difference if my property is styled?

Yes, first impressions really count. Figures show that professionally styled properties sell faster and with less haggling on price.

Why wouldn't I just buy the furniture myself?

The large cash outlay required to style a home with all the trimmings and to a high standard is considerable and to do it cheaply will only devalue your property. We spend big dollars on our furniture, art and homewares. Also if the purchasers don't want the furniture what do you do with it?

In a slow market my property might be on the market for six months or more....wont that cost too much?

A slower market is all the more reason to give your property the edge over its competition. In a slower market buyers are fussier and more likely to offer a lower price. A  professionally styled property will stand out in the crowd. Also large discounts are given to longer term hire. It really is affordable.

What if my property is already furnished?

We can work with you adding or removing furniture or homewares to make your home look fabulous. We can also help you remove clutter, tidy gardens and carry out maintenance or repairs.

I don't like that contemporary look, it wont suit my home  Do you have furnishings that can make my home look comfortable and inviting?

We are aware that some buyers on the coast respond to a more relaxed casual style. We can do any number of styles depending on the type of property.

Am I able to choose the furniture I am hiring?

Most people are happy for us to put it all together for them but we would be happy to discuss your ideas.
