Build to rent furniture is bought to be lived in, damaged, repaired and re-let for decades, not photographed for six months. That changes how it is specified, how it is sequenced onto site, and how it is replaced three years later. We work to those realities from the first conversation.

Where Our Delivery Capability Comes From
Blink Living was founded in Noosa in 2008. Eighteen years on, the group has delivered more than 10,000 projects across residential and commercial sectors, with 75 in-house design, logistics and installation team members and over 3,500sqm of warehousing and inventory facilities across our Noosa head office and Brisbane receiving depot.
That scale is the point. It is why we hold our own warehousing, run our own delivery and install crews, and can move furniture through a building floor by floor without subcontracting the stage that usually goes wrong.
Staged handovers, live sites, repeatable per-dwelling packages and long-run replacement obligations are ordinary conditions of our work, not exceptions to it. Our clients want one point of contact rather than eleven, and a supplier still there when an item needs replacing in year four.

Blink Living works across South East Queensland. Our primary service area extends from Tweed Heads to Gympie, including the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and surrounding growth corridors.
This is one region, covered properly. Every project sits within a few hours of our own warehouse and crews, which means a site visit happens the same week it’s needed and a delivery window holds when a handover date moves.
Warehousing in Brisbane means furniture can be consolidated and held when dates change, rather than shipped direct to a site that is not ready. With our own warehouses, logistics team and installation crews, we manage delivery and installation at volume without handing the most critical stage to a third party.
Delivering Build to Rent Spaces With Confidence
Procurement coordination, staged handovers, multiple stakeholders and fixed programmes are the ordinary conditions of our work rather than the exception.
Furnished apartments are a long-term asset decision, not a launch decision. We specify and supply with that in view, so a building still presents well in year five and can be maintained without re-specifying an apartment every time an item fails.
