General FAQ’s

Blink Living provides end-to-end property styling and furniture fitout services across residential, holiday, and commercial spaces. This includes styling homes for sale, complete furniture packages for new homes, investment and Airbnb properties, and large-scale FF&E fitouts for developments and hospitality environments.

For property styling, we service the Sunshine Coast region, extending north to Gympie.
For residential and commercial furniture fit outs, we work across a broader region including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and from Tweed Heads through to Gympie.

Our difference is in how we manage the entire process. With in-house stylists, logistics, and a substantial furniture inventory, we deliver a seamless experience from consultation through to completion. Every project is approached with both design intent and practical execution in mind.

Property Styling (Homes for Sale) FAQ’s

Property styling is the strategic furnishing and presentation of a home to appeal to the right buyers. A well-styled property can create stronger first impressions, increase perceived value, and support faster sale outcomes.

Ready to style your property for sale? Request a consultation today.

Not at all. While our aesthetic is elevated and considered, we style properties across all price ranges. The goal is always the same: to present the home in its best light and appeal to the widest possible pool of buyers.

We offer full, partial and integrated styling solutions, depending on the property and your goals. During your consultation, we’ll recommend the most effective approach.

  • Full styling is used for vacant homes, where we furnish and style the entire property.
  • Partial styling focuses on key areas like living, dining and master to maximise impac.
  • Integrated styling blends your existing furniture with selected pieces from our collection, so you can continue living in the home while it’s on the market.

Our standard hire period is 8 weeks, which generally covers the key selling period. Extensions are available if your property requires more time on the market. We coordinate collection once the campaign concludes or as needed.

With our in-house team and warehouse, we can work to tight timelines where required. Installation timing will be confirmed during the proposal stage.

Residential Furniture Fitouts (Homes & Investments) FAQ’s

Our focus is on the furniture and FF&E layer of a project. This includes the selection, specification, and installation of furniture, artwork, soft furnishings, and the equipment that supports how a space functions day to day, such as kitchenware, small appliances, and operational items.

We work alongside architects, interior designers, and project teams who manage the built elements such as fixtures, finishes, and joinery. Our role is to complement this work, ensuring the final space feels cohesive, considered, and fully resolved in how it looks and lives.

Our residential fitouts include furniture selection, procurement, delivery, installation, and styling. Every detail is managed by our team, resulting in a complete, ready-to-live space.

Furniture packages are perfect for homeowners who want a beautifully styled home without the stress of sourcing pieces individually, investors looking to furnish rental properties, and developers preparing display or holiday apartments.

We tailor each project to suit your needs. This can range from furnishing an entire home through to focusing on key rooms, or sourcing individual pieces to complement your existing space.

Whether you’re looking for a complete, fully managed fitout or a more considered selection, our team will recommend an approach that aligns with your property, budget, and goals.
