THE BRIEF
This newly completed home already carried a strong architectural identity, with natural stone, oak flooring, soaring ceilings, curved details and sweeping ocean views. Our approach was to furnish the property in a way that enhanced those features without competing with them.
With multiple living zones, expansive open-plan spaces and a seamless connection between indoors and out, careful furniture placement was essential. Each room needed to feel purposeful, with layouts that created definition, reinforced scale and helped buyers move naturally through the home.
The styling focused on complementing the home’s coastal palette, bringing warmth to the contemporary finishes and allowing the architecture, natural light and outdoor entertaining spaces to remain the hero.

Led by Ellie, the styling approach centred on complementing the home’s architectural vision while helping buyers connect with the lifestyle it offers from the moment they arrived.
With generous open-plan living, multiple entertaining areas and a seamless connection between the interior, pool and outdoor spaces, furniture placement played an important role in defining each zone without interrupting the openness of the home. Every layout was carefully considered to reinforce scale, improve flow and demonstrate how each space could be enjoyed day to day.
The residence already featured a refined material palette of natural stone, warm oak flooring, curved architectural details and expansive glazing. The styling built on these elements through soft forms, tactile materials and a restrained coastal palette that added warmth while allowing the architecture to remain the focus.
Across the living spaces, bedrooms and outdoor entertaining areas, furniture was selected for both proportion and purpose. The result is a home that feels cohesive, welcoming and easy to experience, with each space supporting the next and highlighting the quality of the build.
