A project on MASTHEAD QUAY, Noosa WATERS
A residential furniture package for a Noosa Waters home, designed to transform a blank, white interior into a warm, inviting space ready for both family use and Airbnb.
THE BRIEF
A newly purchased home, intended as a holiday home and Airbnb for a young Brisbane-based family.
The property presented as clean but cold, with an all-white interior lacking warmth and personality. The brief was to create a space that felt welcoming, lived-in, and aligned with the Noosa lifestyle, ready for immediate use and listing.

Residential and Airbnb Furniture Fitout
Led by Kirsty, the approach focused on introducing warmth, texture, and subtle colour throughout the home.
A modern coastal direction was layered through timber furniture, woven elements, and soft upholstery, creating contrast against the white base. Warm, earthy tones were introduced through artwork, textiles, and soft furnishings, bringing depth without overwhelming the space.
Each zone was designed to feel comfortable and functional for both owner stays and guest use, with furniture selections balancing durability with a relaxed, residential feel.
The result? A cohesive, welcoming home that feels warm, relaxed, and ready to be lived in.
The introduction of natural materials and tonal layering softened the interior, creating a clear shift from sterile to inviting. The space now reflects its coastal setting, with a sense of ease that supports both personal use and short-term accommodation.
