A fully renovated golf course residence styled to help buyers understand the home’s generous living areas, while keeping its outlook and connection to the outdoors front and centre.
THE BRIEF
This four-bedroom home sits directly on the Peregian Springs Golf Course, with uninterrupted fairway views, a resort-style pool and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas.
The renovation and golf course outlook already did a lot of the work here. Our job was to furnish the home in a way that helped buyers understand each space, while letting the views remain the hero.
With an upstairs retreat, open-plan living and dining downstairs, and several outdoor entertaining areas, the furniture needed to show how the different parts of the home could work day to day. Pieces were chosen and positioned to give each area a clear purpose without overcrowding the home or distracting from the renovation.
The result was a home that felt complete for market and made it easier for buyers to picture how they could live there.

Property Styling
The styling was kept warm and contemporary, working with the finishes already used throughout the renovation rather than introducing anything that would compete for attention.
In the main living areas, furniture was selected to show buyers how the generous open-plan space could comfortably accommodate both living and dining. The same thinking continued outside, where the pool, outdoor kitchen, covered entertaining areas and golf course outlook are a major part of the home’s appeal.
Upstairs, the private retreat was treated as its own part of the home, helping buyers see its potential as a parents’ retreat, guest space or somewhere to work away from the main living areas downstairs.
Throughout the property, the styling supported what was already there: a beautifully renovated home, a flexible floorplan and a position overlooking the golf course.
Rather than competing with those features, the furniture helped buyers make sense of the home as a whole and picture what living at 5 Bunker Court could actually look like.
