This project required a styling approach that worked with the existing renovation, not against it. The home featured a clean, neutral base with minimal detailing. The goal was to build on that foundation, ensuring the presentation felt complete, cohesive, and aligned with buyer expectations in the Maroochydore market. A key consideration was the scale of the bedrooms. These spaces needed to feel functional and comfortable, without appearing crowded or undersized.

Property Styling
Led by Nick, the styling approach centred around elevating the home’s architectural features and waterfront position through a refined, contemporary coastal direction. Furniture selection focused heavily on proportion, sightlines, and flow across the expansive two-level layout, ensuring each space felt intentional without overwhelming the home itself.
Given the scale of the residence and the strength of the natural outlook, the styling needed to create softness and connection while still allowing the lake views, natural light, and premium finishes to remain the focal point. Layered textures, curved forms, and tonal warmth were introduced throughout the home to balance the clean architectural lines and add depth to each space.
