A project on Eckersley Avenue, Buderim
A prestige new build on one of Buderim’s most sought-after streets, styled to help buyers connect with the home’s resort-style character and understand how its generous, open-plan layout could work for everyday life.
THE BRIEF
This brand new Pacific Blue Custom Homes residence arrives with considerable presence. Beyond an electric gated entry, a long private driveway leads to a home that offers Hamptons-inspired architecture, resort-style outdoor living, and a level of finish that is immediately apparent on arrival.
With a ground-floor master suite opening directly to the pool and entertaining terrace, three skylights flooding the main lounge with natural light, a feature fireplace, dedicated study, generous butler’s pantry and a separate upstairs living area, the home has a lot to offer. Our job was to help buyers experience all of it, clearly and cohesively.
The primary challenge was the open-plan layout of the main living zones. Spacious and connected by design, these areas needed furniture and placement that created definition between spaces, without interrupting the natural flow the architecture was built around. Equally important was the relationship between the interior living areas and the outdoor entertaining zone, which forms a central part of the home’s appeal.

Property Styling
Led by Logan, the styling direction followed a modern coastal approach: warm, considered and responsive to the home’s existing finishes. Timber elements, gold detailing and sheer curtains were already present throughout; the styling built on those foundations rather than working against them.
In the main living areas, furniture was selected to show buyers how the generous open-plan space could comfortably accommodate both living and dining. The same thinking continued outside, where the pool, outdoor kitchen, covered entertaining areas and golf course outlook are a major part of the home’s appeal.
The outdoor entertaining terrace and Hamptons-style pool are a significant part of what makes this home exceptional, and the styling was carefully considered to support that relationship — drawing the eye outward and reinforcing how naturally the interior and exterior flow together. Furniture at the threshold between spaces was selected and positioned to make that connection feel intentional rather than incidental.
Throughout the property, the styling supported what was already there: a beautifully renovated home, a flexible floorplan and a position overlooking the golf course.
