Designer furniture is showcased throughout this property, with a standout piece being the GlobeWest Artie Outdoor Wave Coffee Table, repurposed as an indoor feature in the living room. Its soft pink neutral speckles tie in beautifully with the purple kitchen cabinetry, adding visual interest while complementing the home’s curved wall features. To achieve an elevated coastal aesthetic, we incorporated plenty of linen textures, balanced with vibrant pops of colour to bring energy and brightness to the space.

Staging key rooms:

The key spaces in this property include the open-plan living area downstairs, where styling was essential to highlight the built-in table as part of the kitchen island while also defining a separate dining area. This approach helps buyers envision the space’s functionality and potential. Similarly, in the upstairs landing zone, our property stylists selected a console and two occasional chairs to create a relaxed sitting area. This thoughtful arrangement keeps the space open and inviting without turning it into a crowded rumpus room that overwhelms the entry to the master bedroom.
