Blink Living styled this brand-new custom coastal home in Sunrise Beach for the market. After a great experience renovating and styling their previous house, the owners chose Blink Living again for their second property.

This home features five bedrooms and two living areas. It’s just 700 metres from the beach and offers stunning ocean views from the master bedroom. It’s a perfect modern family home in a popular Sunshine Coast location.

The interior blends coastal and contemporary styles with a Mediterranean touch in the bathroom material selections. Blink Living teamed up with Chris Roche from Reed & Co Estate Agents to showcase this home.

Our Property Styling Manager, Nick Counsell, took inspiration from the pendant lights and sleek finishes. He added white textured pieces, natural rattan, oak, and linen furniture. These elements highlight the coastal vibe while keeping the look fresh and modern.
