Styling the dream property

For this particular project, our property stylist Kirsty Cranswick curated all furnishings for this residence, which will be listed with Adam Dunlop at Town Real Estate. Given the calibre of the home, it was decided to prioritise a modern, sleek interior. The Sunshine Coast residence adopts a masculine yet contemporary vibe, highlighted by distinctive green pool tiles and unique finishes throughout the house. As such, opting for a modern approach was deemed ideal to attract the desired target market and bring the dream property to life.

Selecting designer furniture

In alignment with the established design direction, Kirsty executed this vision by opting for furniture featuring black finishes, along with subtle accents of metal and timber. Leveraging her creative expertise, Kirsty skilfully echoed the green pool tiles throughout the house. She carefully chose the sophisticated ‘Sandringham’ rug in the Fog shade from Baya, along with green cushions for added elevation. Undoubtedly, the standout piece in the room is the Juno Frame 3-Seater from GlobeWest, boasting a luxurious boucle material, clean lines, and soft organic edges. The sofa’s eccentric oak design further enhances its opulence.

Staging key rooms

Considering the narrow floor plan of the home, emphasis was placed on styling the open-plan living area on the property’s ground floor. Kirsty carefully navigated the layout, taking into account the dining room, living room, and flow out to the outdoor dining area. Attention was given to the ergonomics of the space and anticipated foot traffic patterns while selecting furniture that could convey a desired lifestyle and match the home’s quality.
