A returning developer client engaged our team to style their most significant project to date. The intention was clear. This home needed to set a new benchmark for Tewantin. Every element of the presentation had to reflect the quality of the build, support the architectural intent, and position the property at the top end of the local market while aiming for a suburb sale record.

Property Styling
Led by Nick, the styling approach focused on elevating the home through an organised coastal direction, balancing refinement with warmth. Materiality played a central role. Timber and upholstery were layered throughout to bring depth and softness, complementing the architectural finishes. Curved forms were introduced across key pieces, including the dining setting and occasional furniture, subtly echoing the home’s sculptural elements and curved features.
Each space was considered in proportion and function, ensuring the scale of the furniture matched the generosity of the home, while maintaining a sense of ease and flow throughout.
