Styling the dream property
In this property styling project, our skilled stylist Nick Counsell collaborated with Town agency to present this renovated property to the market. With a complete facelift, including additional rooms to the floor-plan, the property now boasts a brand new contemporary coastal interior. Nick’s styling focused heavily on the coastal theme, echoing a coastal Hampton’s vibe on the exterior.
Selecting designer furniture
The furniture chosen for this property was meticulously tailored to its interior design aesthetic. A plethora of timber materials and tones were employed to complement the white interior, introduce textural contrasts, and enrich the coastal ambiance. Glass dining tables were incorporated to elevate the space and imbue it with sophistication, accompanied by an exquisite linen-covered sofa for a plush and coastal style. Additionally, jute mix rugs were strategically utilised to complement the coastal theme, soften the space, and delineate zones within the open-plan living area.
Staging key rooms
The focal points were undoubtedly the living and dining areas, where our styling aimed to distinguish between the spaces and showcase their potential uses. Equally important was ensuring that the pool house/guest retreat was as inviting as the main house and didn’t feel overshadowed by the rest of the property. Through our styling approach, potential buyers can envision the versatility of the space and the myriad of opportunities it presents.
